A dream begins to take shape
The BioContacto Foundation was created in 2008, and in 2015 the first Biopark in Venezuela opened its doors, in Merida city; was define as :῎a space that delightes the natural environments, designed using sustainability criteria, aimed at imparting knowledge and raising visitor awareness of the different interactions of nature and its relationship with man through immersive experiences and environmental interpretation”.

Efforts and achievements
During the development of the foundation’s project we have achieved important goals that have brought life and joy to many of our species rescued and also we have achived community education about the importance of the ecosystem for the species.
